Nursing Care

Licensed practical nurses, registered nurses and certified nursing assistants work with physicians and families to ensure the highest possible level of function and self-direction for each resident.

Rehabilitation Services

Whether we are helping residents regain their former independence, improving their capabilities, or making their stay as comfortable as possible, we remain focused on returning people to their homes and lives with as complete a recovery as possible.

Our Philosophy

We believe everyone deserves to enjoy life to the fullest. Our goal is to enhance the freedom, privacy and dignity of each resident. We are committed to removing boredom, loneliness and feelings of helplessness from the lives of residents.

Important News: As of July 10, 2023, Bartlett Regional Hospital and Wildflower Court have joined together and Wildflower Court is now part of the Bartlett health system. Wildflower Court is located on the hospital campus and the facilities are physically connected.

A Place Residents Consider Their Own

At Wildflower Court we believe that each resident deserves the respect, affection and attention we would want for ourselves. It is the Golden Rule in practice each and every day.

Wildflower Court is a long-term care facility. Our care creates the conditions of a home rather than an institution.

From the individual private rooms decorated with family photographs and mementos, to the friendliness of the recreation areas, Wildflower Court is a place the residents consider their own.

Out of the genuine caring concern that develops between staff and residents, nothing becomes more important than the physical well-being of the people who are within our care. Wildflower Court is a safe and secure place to live.

Mission, Vision, & Values

Our Mission: To provide leadership in care by encouraging continued growth of the human spirit within an ever-changing community.

Our Vision: To be recognized as a leader in providing health care in our community by improving the quality of life for the elderly and chronically disabled.

Our Values: We believe that each resident deserves the respect, affection and attention we would want for ourselves. It is the Golden Rule in practice each and every day.
